This is just for safety measures and so that we can access your account and store. All we need is your myshopify.com URL and to ensure that the e-mail you are contacting us with is the one attached to the account. If not, you can CC that e-mail and reply to this thread. Once we have that we can take a look at what's happening for you. If you are unaware of the URL you can go to this link to recover your myshopify.com URL.
You can also use this help document for Fixing Google Merchant Center warnings and suspensions, I would also recommend you to visit Google Merchant help center to find further details on the next steps you can take.

I have 'not approved' from google merchant for product below: Coussin d'Équilibre avec Pompe 35 cm | QMED BALANCE DISC
This product in on the market for long time and never had any 'violation' issue, please re-evaluate this as it must be a mistake.
